I had the pleasure of photographing Bundök, a restaurant in Edmonton, Alberta that has been growing in popularity ever since they opened last year. With an ever-changing menu erupting with unique ingredients and flavourful combinations, your mouth will be watering before you even order your meal.

The dishes and drinks were arranged in a stunning display that can only be described as edible art. Music of Canadian artist Allan Rayman drifted through the air, mingling with the aroma of freshly prepared food, and setting the mood as day faded into evening. It was in that moment that I knew that eating at Bundök would be an experience I would not soon forget.
